We discovered amazing local parks nearby for our family, especially the one with the large playgrounds. The hotel's breakfast was impressive too, with great sausage that everyone enjoyed, making it a perfect start before our city adventures.

My kids wished for more family-friendly activities available at the hotel.

i've stayed in vienna before, but lucia really exceeded my expectations during our date night. the breakfast had freshly baked croissants and a good selection of fruits, which was a delightful way to start our mornings. the location made it super easy to walk to nearby attractions like schönbrunn palace.

The double room was spacious with a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom. The shower worked great and they provided free toiletries. Staff at the front desk were super helpful, giving us tips on local transport which was just outside the door. Breakfast included freshly baked bread and decent coffee to start the day right.

Room facilities leave much to be desired. finding an electric plug was a challenge, as most were tucked away behind a locked closet that notably lacked a refrigerator. The bathroom felt cramped, with an old bathtub that couldn’t be properly utilized and a shower that leaked onto the floor. Cleanliness was inconsistent. during my six-night stay, the room got cleaned only in the first few days, leaving me with some concerns. Again, the pricing seemed off, especially for nights from Friday to Saturday, where charges spiked above 170€ compared to other days.

Clean double room and excellent breakfast options. No mini fridge in the room. Good access to public transport. Schönbrunn within walking distance.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and easy access made my stay enjoyable, especially with the close proximity to public transport, allowing me to reach the city center within minutes.
